The challenge
The venue needed a gaming platform that could run 50 terminals at once without a cashier queue forming, and that reconciled every ticket at the end of a shift.
What we did
We installed our Bingo and Lucky 6 platform across 50 terminals with player displays, cashier stations and a back office that reports live revenue and ticket history.
Staff were trained on site before the floor opened.
The outcome
The floor now serves more than 200 customers a day, with every ticket, payout and void reconcilable from the back office.
