The challenge
A new betting outlet needed terminals delivered, commissioned and supported so it could open trading without downtime.
What we did
We supplied and installed the betting terminals, configured them to the operation and put a support arrangement in place with spares held locally.
The outcome
The outlet trades with support cover in place, so a failed terminal is replaced rather than closing the shop.
